The low price and cute appearance? And applying the lip liner was easy. It seems to have value as a 'low-cost blue lip product from a domestic roadshop'. It's a bright blue with white undertones. The scent has a subtle sweetness to it. The color payoff is almost non-existent.
Cons
There's no moisturizing effect and it feels greasy on the surface... Unless you're using it mixed with other lip products, achieving a solid color payoff is just a dream. Sigh. The color application is patchy and uneven. It settles into fine lines and wears off easily. Even when applied thickly, the inner lip area shows no color payoff at all, and my natural lip color still shows through.
Tip
You can cosplay as a bruised person with this! (Creasing is inevitable if you don't use a primer or powder) When applied on the eyes, it mixes with the yellow undertones of the skin and appears as a bluish-green. This could be a budget-friendly option for makeup students practicing or anyone looking for an affordable blue-toned cosmetic for events and parties.
