When using this product with at-home skincare devices, I found that applying a generous amount reduced irritation while enhancing the overall effectiveness!

- To be honest, I'm not sure about its benefits beyond hydration and the cooling effect. While most Troiareuke products are generally good for everyday use, I find it a bit disappointing for its price as I can't really see any special effects.

This review is based on my experience using the Troiareuke product set, including the Hydro Essence, which I purchased at a skincare salon (with my own money).

- I bought the large size, and I highly recommend it if you're planning to make a purchase. Although I initially thought it was a bit pricey, the generous amount lasted me a really long time.

- It's great for use during summer when your skin feels hot. When doing at-home skincare, I apply this generously. It's gentle on the skin and provides a cooling effect, which is why I love using it.

- Despite being mostly water-based with very little oil, it doesn't evaporate quickly like you might expect from an essence. When applied, it has a slightly bouncy texture and even provides a bit of hydration!

I love how it keeps my skin hydrated for a long time without feeling sticky, leaving a refreshing sensation. It's great that there's no oily residue, just a burst of moisture that feels amazing.

When using it as a mask, apply the product, then place a cotton pad sprayed with mist on top. This helps reduce any heat sensation while making your skin incredibly moisturized.

If you apply too much in the morning, it might cause your makeup to pill.

The hydration is fantastic, and even those with aloe allergies can use it safely.

The thick consistency makes it difficult to apply with a massage device as it doesn't glide smoothly. I need to finish with a cream, but I have to wait for the sticky feeling to fully absorb before applying the cream again.

It absorbs quickly and feels cool when applied, with a gel-like texture. After application, it feels like your face is coated. I tried it based on a recommendation from a massage salon.

There's nothing to complain about. Instead of layering multiple products in summer, I'm just using a skin toner and this.

The sticky finish is disappointing, and the value for money is really poor. At this point, you might as well use any basic soothing gel.

It's not bad, but not particularly great either. It doesn't cause blemishes and doesn't leave an oily residue.

Being a gel, it tends to pill when applying other skincare products. Even during nighttime skincare routines, after patting in creams, it leaves residue on my hands like dead skin. Most importantly, after using this twice, I developed painful inflammatory blemishes and my skin became rough. My complexion had been brightening and my skin texture improving, but after applying this product just three times, my skin immediately became rough, my complexion turned grayish, and five or six painful blemishes appeared. While I've been using Troiareuke sunscreen and cushion for years with great results, their basic skincare products don't seem to suit me. I regret falling for the sale and buying this, as it only damaged my skin.

The hydration when applying is incredible and it feels so refreshing. Usually, soothing gels only provide a brief cooling sensation, but with this product, the cooling effect truly lasts.
