The fragrance when sprayed is the most enjoyable aspect of this perfume. It's like squeezing a perfectly ripe grapefruit between your hands. If you're a grapefruit lover, this is an absolute must-have. The sillage is quite impressive. However, as typical with citrus scents, the longevity is not particularly impressive. Given that it's an Atelier Cologne, it lasts relatively well. You can expect a subtle scent for about 3 hours. The lingering notes are reminiscent of crushed grapefruit pulp - delicate and subtle. It's a perfume with a vibrant, intense grapefruit scent! There's also a hint of lemon and a touch of grapefruit peel aroma mixed in. The fragrance longevity is average, which isn't bad at all. The scent is a subtle grapefruit aroma with a slight air freshener-like quality, which is a bit disappointing.

It's a refreshing fragrance to spritz on hot summer days. The bittersweet grapefruit scent is beautifully enveloped by the soft sweetness of orange blossom. I read many reviews saying the longevity wasn't great, but when I spray it on my clothes (once on each shoulder and once on the back), the scent lasts for about 2 days. On skin, it lasts about 4-5 hours. It layers well with Café Tuberosa from the same brand. It's sad that Atelier Cologne has pulled out of Canada, so I can't repurchase it. Highly recommended as a summer fragrance. I bought the large size and decanted it into smaller bottles to keep within easy reach. There's no grapefruit scent more refreshing than this. It's not overpowering, so it has a natural, pleasant aroma. As expected with a cologne, the longevity is limited... Instead, it's more like meeting a friend with a subtle smile who turns out to be bubbly and fun when you start chatting - a perfect balance of refreshing and substantial. As you continue using it, you might notice an unexpected twist in the scent. Towards the end, there's a slightly sticky, almost fermented citrus note that builds up. It's a surprising turn that can be a bit disconcerting. It's probably best to buy a smaller size and use it up quickly.

Just looking at the reviews here, everyone's talking about a fresh grapefruit scent, but I thought they were describing a different perfume! Naturally, I bought the white musk version since it's grapefruit... well, now I have a new bathroom fragrance, hehe. It's somewhere in the subtle space between bug spray and air freshener. But... there was no trace of grapefruit anywhere - and I'm a true grapefruit enthusiast! You'd be better off buying Febreze and spraying that instead. It's a wiser choice than throwing your money into thin air.

The top note has a sparkling grapefruit scent that's incredibly refreshing. Personally, I found the base notes to have a slightly sweet lingering aroma. As the grapefruit fades, a subtle sweetness remains. Due to the nature of citrus fragrances, it's rare to find one with long-lasting power. I've resorted to buying a larger bottle and generously spritzing it on my skin and clothes before heading out - probably over 10 sprays! This way, I can still catch a faint whiff of the scent after a couple of hours. The top notes dissipate very quickly, unfortunately. But because the fragrance is so delightful, I always keep a stock on hand. I recommend going to a department store to sample the fragrance. Don't just test it on a paper strip - make sure to apply it to your skin and walk around for at least an hour. It's the epitome of fresh grapefruit fragrance! It makes a great gift that's always well-received, and it's this brand's signature product. Incredibly refreshing. When first sprayed, I felt a cool and refreshing grapefruit scent. The fragrance doesn't last long, and it seems to fade away after a short while. When purchasing 100ml or more, you can receive a bottle and a letter case. The letter case comes with an engraving service, making it a great option for gifting.
