I bought it for 16,000 won. As you all know, the unique feature of this product is that you can choose both the hydration and coverage levels! 1 is matte, 2 is semi-matte, and 3 is glow. The number after the dot indicates higher coverage. I prefer a dewy finish for my base makeup as I like the plump feeling and how it makes my skin look pretty. However, since I have oily skin that gets greasy after just 2 hours, I compromised and chose semi-matte. It seems 2.3 is the most popular choice. I found the coverage level 3 to be sufficient for me. It doesn't completely hide blemishes, but it covers them quite well! The semi-matte finish gives a beautiful skin-like appearance. It has a nice glow without being overly dewy. So for those with dry skin, I'd recommend the 3 glow option. It adheres well to the skin (I used the Missha waffle puff), and many people around me use it with good reviews. It's a decent product overall.
ConsUnfortunately, it doesn't have any sun protection... Always remember to apply sunscreen! Also, when it breaks down, it can look a bit messy. It kind of clumps together with skin oils, creating a patchy appearance.
TipThe skin looks best when applied with a damp puff! I don't have a brush, so I use a puff, but many YouTube reviews say it looks prettiest when applied with a brush. So I'd recommend using it in this order: brush > damp puff > dry puff. However, I found it worked well even with just a regular wedge puff (waffle puff).

What I love most is the color - it's absolutely beautiful! It's not too dull or yellow, nor is it carrot-toned. It's just the perfect shade 23. The coverage is good, and its matte finish makes it great for summer wear.
ConsThe amount of product seems a bit small, and the opening tends to get dirty easily. As time passes, it can get a bit oily.
TipIf you use a makeup fixer, the staying power becomes incredibly good. When it feels a bit dry, try applying it with a puff that's been lightly spritzed with face mist.
