So I looked for alternatives and noticed Clio products were frequently recommended, so I decided to give them a try. After only using pencils that needed sharpening, this was my first time trying Clio's auto type. It was convenient to just twist and use, and the screw brush on the other end made it great for on-the-go touch-ups. While it does show up on bare skin, the color payoff was much better when applied over a base. It glided on smoothly, which I really liked. I have bangs, so my eyebrows tend to fade easily. When I checked after work, the front part of my brows had faded a bit, but the tail I drew on bare skin was still intact!
ConsI bought it online and chose shade 2 based on the color swatches, since I have light brown dyed hair. However, the color turned out to be too light. I used to use Shu Uemura's acorn and walnut brown shades, but Clio's light brown seemed even lighter. When swatched on the back of my hand, it looked like a matte, light brown. But when applied to my face, it had a strong yellow undertone. The pigmentation was so good that it made my eyebrows stand out too much. Although there's a built-in sharpener in the screw brush end, it couldn't maintain the original pointed tip. It quickly became blunt, making it difficult to draw precise lines. Lately, I've been alternating between various brow products, and I've realized I prefer brow products with a harder texture that make a scratching sound when applied, rather than Clio's. For those who aren't great at applying makeup, a product that's a bit harder to apply might actually be better as it's less likely to result in messy brows. Also, the screw brush was a bit too blunt, often getting product on my skin, which was inconvenient.

She accidentally found and purchased it on sale at Lotte. However, the color was too light for her, so she didn't use it. I was wondering where I could use it, and decided to try it on my ⭐️ eyelids ⭐️. Normally, I would use a dark brown eyebrow pencil to draw on my eyelids, which often looked unnatural. But this color, although a bit on the yellow side, looked very natural. This brow pencil has now become a staple for my eyelid makeup, and I can just swipe it on quickly and it looks great. I recommend that all you 'eyelid shading nomads' out there give this a try and find the perfect eyelid shading product for you!
ConsIf your hair color is definitely not blonde, this color is probably too light. It's too yellow for most regular brown-haired people to use. Also, the brow brush in the case keeps detaching, so I just take it out and use it separately now. The case seems to be of poor quality.
TipUse this on your eyelids! Eyelids! Eyelids!
