I tried using this for my aegyo sal (under-eye puffiness), but it left blemishes there. While it didn't cause any issues on my eyebrows, it has a strong grayish tone. When applied to the aegyo sal area, it looks like dark circles. For aegyo sal, it's better to use products with a slight reddish tint rather than those with gray undertones.
