When applied, you can immediately feel the dead skin cells being tamed. Usually, when you rub your lips, you can feel the rough patches, but after applying this oil, that roughness disappears, preventing you from picking at your lips. The texture is rich, and while it feels a bit sticky on your hands, it's not as tacky as you might expect when applied to your lips! Compared to other brands I've tried, it feels lighter. For a matte lip look, apply the oil, wait 1-2 minutes, then gently press a tissue against your lips and remove. This will smooth out dead skin cells while leaving a matte finish!
