I was looking for a lightweight gel-type moisturizer to use in the summer and ended up purchasing this one. Although it's a large size, it wasn't on sale, so I had to think hard before buying it. I often use aloe gel in the summer, but it dries out quickly and has that slightly 'squeaky' feeling that I don't like. So I thought a lightweight cream-type would be better. Since it's a layering cream, applying multiple layers is better than just one. A single layer is definitely not enough. Applying several layers before bed provides a nice sense of stability without feeling heavy at all - it's perfect for summer.
Cons
The downside is that it's too lightweight, requiring layering, which can be difficult during rushed morning routines. I end up applying another cream in the morning and then layering this one on at night when I have more time. Pros

The moisture content is excellent. I've been using a whole jar, and it absorbs well into the skin. When I apply a lot, there's a lingering feeling. At night, when I apply it, upon waking up, my skin feels soft and supple. I use it daily, and even when sitting in front of the heater, there's no drying sensation. For my oily, acne-prone skin with whiteheads, even if just one ingredient doesn't agree with me, it can cause thick breakouts. But with this, there are no issues. It's lightweight and non-sticky. The large size is a great plus.
