It becomes moisturized in 1 minute after application.. I bought it to spray when it gets dry..
Cons
The more I spray, the drier it gets There are ingredients that clog pores And painful, hard pimples started appearing on my cheeks where I didn't have any before I suffered for a while because of it ㅠㅠ
