ConsDisappointing that it contains fragrance. They promote it as having mild and good ingredients, but it's still concerning even if lower on the list. The scent doesn't linger much. Lather is hard to create, and what little there is disappears quickly, making it difficult to massage the scalp due to the stiff texture. Rinsing is also challenging - my hair felt so stiff, I thought it had been bleached multiple times, even though it's never been colored or permed. It's so hard to work through the hair, you can barely tell if you're washing it properly.
