  Pros

  I bought this because the ingredients seemed good. The scent is nice - it's more floral than you'd expect for an herbal shampoo. I really liked the pleasant fragrance. I managed to get a great deal, buying 3 bottles for around $20 using a coupon.

  Cons

  It doesn't lather well, and my hair immediately feels stiff after use. The overall experience is just not great. I bought it in spring, and there's still more than half a bottle left because I don't enjoy using it. I have oily hair, but my scalp doesn't feel thoroughly cleansed, so I had to wash twice. It's disappointing that it leaves residue on the scalp while making the hair strands feel stiff.

  Pros

  I'm using this as a hair loss shampoo, and first of all, the fragrance is absolutely delightful. It has a floral scent that leaves me feeling refreshed after washing my hair.

  Cons

  While it's marketed as a hair loss shampoo, I haven't noticed any significant improvements. If you're expecting dramatic results for hair loss, I wouldn't recommend it.
