  The cream spreads smoothly and evenly, rather than running down, after squeezing it out. If you don't have many blemishes, I'd recommend using this alone. The fragrance is quite mild. I knew the ingredients were gentle, and after checking here, I can see they're not bad, which is good. ^_^
