Despite being described as having a cooling effect, it's not that cooling, and for a water-drop cushion, it's not that moisturizing either.
Also, when you first apply it, it doesn't spread evenly on the puff and seems to just apply in a slightly liquid state to one side.
TipI recommend spraying a mist on the puff before using, as that can help prevent those with extremely dry skin from feeling too dry when using this product.
And since this product has really no coverage, it's best to use a concealer before applying it.
