I was worried that the description of 'hot or stimulating' would be a problem, but when I used it as directed, there was no irritation at all. My skin feels smooth, and when I looked in the bathroom mirror after cleansing, I could see all the sebum plugs coming out of my pores. I gently wiped them away with a black cotton swab and they came off easily - it was amazing.
Cons
The first product seems like it will last a long time, but the second gel-type product looks like there's not much in it... I think I'll use it up faster than the first one. And from the reviews on Naver, the precautions say that for a week, you have to apply sunscreen and avoid going out in the sun as much as possible because your skin becomes sensitive and can get damaged. So how am I supposed to use it then? The department store didn't mention any of this, so I'm a bit confused.. I really like that it provides physical and chemical exfoliation. Compared to just a scrub, it's gentler on the skin with less physical stimulation. When you apply the first step and then the second step, there's a warm chemical reaction that creates a nice lather, and when you rinse it off with water, the moment is so smooth - I tried the sample and was completely sold, so I bought it.
Cons
I wish there was a bit more of the second step... I'd love to be able to create a really nice, fluffy lather.

This is the best exfoliator of my life. Using this once every 10 to 15 days makes my skin feel as soft and smooth as a baby's, and my makeup applies so well. This is an absolute must-have in my life!!
Cons
The only downside is the price, ㅜㅜ There are no samples available either... It would be great if it were a little more affordable~
