I was totally drawn to this bouncy, jelly-like tint and I'm so pleased with my purchase! Usually, I only go for velvety, matte tints, so this was quite the adventure for me. But wow, this new experiment turned out to be absolutely worth it! I bought it when my lips were dry and flaky, and it transformed my parched, lackluster lips into irresistibly plump and juicy ones. The color is a red with a hint of pink, giving my face such a lively and fresh look! To be honest, this type of formula tends to have less staying power. I knew that going in, so I was prepared. Scent: It has a genuinely sweet watermelon fragrance! The pleasant smell makes you want to keep applying it. Texture: It's a rich oil lip product. It doesn't feel light when applied to the lips! Color: When applied thinly, it's a pink coral! If you apply it more heavily, it becomes a true watermelon color with stronger red tones. It's not a cool red, though... It's more suitable for warm-toned individuals. Those who look great in very cool colors might find this shade a bit warm. Adherence & Color Payoff: It feels like it sits on top of the lips rather than adhering closely. The color payoff is sheer when applied lightly, but you can build it up for a full lip look. Longevity: As expected with moisturizing lip products, you can't expect long-lasting wear. It transfers easily and fades quickly. Hydration: True to its moisturizing nature, it's very hydrating and doesn't emphasize dead skin cells at all. I always used this when I couldn't exfoliate or when my lips were particularly dry. Applicator: The shape is designed to fit the contours of your lips! I've never found the applicator uncomfortable to use. The longevity and adherence were disappointing. Also, because it transfers easily, it's not ideal for wearing under a mask. The color is really pretty, though. Another downside is that it leaves a pink stain. As someone who really dislikes pink stains, this was a letdown. It looks gorgeous when you layer this tint over a coral base lip color! Actually, this tint is perfect for a bare lips look... I often hear that I have a deep undertone, and I agree. This shade works well for warm skin tones! Absorption: It's moisturizing and glides on smoothly. However, since it's not a matte tint, even after applying and blending well, some product remains on the surface. Unfortunately, this means it can transfer onto your mask these days. You'll need to blot it with a tissue. Color: It's a pink coral! Perfect for a natural look. Dead skin cells: If you don't usually have issues with lip flaking, you shouldn't have any problems with this. Scent: It really smells like melon... haha! Don't try to eat it though! I recommend this tint for students who want a natural, subtle look at school! Because the tint itself is quite moisturizing, it can sit on top of your lips a bit after application. The staying power isn't great, so if you need your lips to look lively all day, you'll need to reapply often. However, it's fine if you're not talking or eating much! It's quite shimmery and a bit runny. If you apply too much, it can transfer onto your mask quite a bit. The color is like a mix of coral and pink, which I really like. I was using the Cherry color for summer, but this time I decided to try the Pink Melon shade since it was on sale. It's like a coral color with a drop of pink mixed in - a beautiful shade that suits both cool and warm skin tones. I love creating a gradient effect when applying lip products, and this one blends perfectly for that look. Even better, as a tint, it leaves a subtle pink hue even after it fades. __ It's the epitome of hydration, truly moisturizing! _The color is absolutely gorgeous!! Hmm, coral pink? Even though I'm warm-toned and don't usually go for pinks, this product is one I could use over and over!!! It's also fantastic for layering!! If you apply a matte lip product right away, your dead skin cells throw a party, but if you apply this product first, then do the rest of your makeup, and when it's a bit less hydrated, gently dab a matte lip product on top - it looks amazing!! Just be careful not to apply it when it's super hydrated, or it might pill. _The scent is really sweet!! _The case design might be polarizing, but I personally love it. It adds a fresh twist to my otherwise modern makeup pouch, which I find quite appealing. Because this tint is so hydrating, it inevitably... comes off easily. To be honest, you'd expect a hydrating tint to wear off quickly, but the color is so pretty and I love the case so much that I just closed my eyes and splurged on it. The color is like a coral pink, and it's really pretty. It has a glossy finish, so I don't think it will emphasize dead skin cells. It's truly very glossy, so it doesn't feel like it stains your lips intensely, but rather sits on top like an oil. It also feels a bit sticky. As someone who loves moisturizing lip products, I'm really impressed by the beautiful glow this one gives. It doesn't have that painful tingle typical of Peripera tints, and it doesn't accentuate dead skin cells either. Whether it's intentional or not, given its 'Melon' name, it has a sweet fruity scent that lifts my mood every time I apply it. Also, even if you wipe it off right after application, it leaves a pink stain - not a hot pink, but a soft, delicate pink shade. The staying power is a bit weak, unfortunately. Also, be careful on windy days as your hair might stick to your lips due to the product's texture.
