ConsI'm not sure if it's because I have dry skin, but it seems to dry out quickly after application.

It's great for daily makeup removal!
ConsI can feel some moisture, but I'm not sure if it helps with inner dryness.. ㅜㅜ I don't seem to get the feeling of being moisturized all the way through..!!
TipMakeup removal is great!!

It seems to be quite moisturizing, likely due to the squalane oil content. The absorption is fairly quick, and after application, the skin feels a bit plump, likely from the oil. Since the absorption is good, there's no issue with applying the next step of skincare products. It has a slightly runny, watery texture and is quite hydrating, so it's a good option for dry skin types. There are no added fragrances or aromatic oils, so there's no artificial scent. In fact, the lack of fragrance means there's no unpleasant or bothersome odor, which is nice for the nose. A small amount of urea, fermented ingredients, and citric acid help with exfoliation, and after using it for 2 weeks, the skin does feel a bit smoother. The formula and texture give it more of an essence-like feel compared to a typical toner. At under 40,000 won, it's relatively affordable for a department store product. For a toner-like product that doesn't require cotton pads, this price point is reasonable and not too expensive. The product also has a long shelf life, with a 2-year expiration after opening, which is longer than the typical 1 year for most cosmetics.
ConsWhile it does feel moisturizing upon application and has decent lasting hydration, it doesn't seem to provide much help for deeper, internal dryness. And for me personally, the inclusion of the urea ingredient means it may be hit-or-miss depending on one's skin type, as urea can be polarizing for some.
TipYou're right, even though this product is labeled as a "lotion", it's actually a toner/skin in Korean cosmetic terms. For foreign brands, their "lotions" often correspond to what we call "toners" or "skin" in Korea. This is not a product meant to be used with cotton pads for cleansing. The recommended usage for this brand is to first use their exfoliating "lotion" (which is essentially a toner) with a cotton pad, and then follow up with this "skin" as the second step. So this product is intended to be the second step, which is why it has a runny, watery texture to be applied by hand. While you can use cotton pads with this if you want, it's not as straightforward as a typical water-based toner. The official usage instructions also state to dispense the product into the hands and apply. And since there are some mild exfoliating ingredients included, for sensitive skin types, it's better to gently pat it in rather than rubbing it in.
