Shampoo and conditioner can be really harmful to your body. It's not just instant food that's bad for you! Artificial ingredients flow down your face and absorb into your body through your scalp every time you wash your hair.

Since I'm using this as a 'no-poo' alternative, I use an amount about the size of a 50-won coin, which helps me justify the somewhat high price point. Also, don't expect it to make your hair super soft like mainstream conditioners do. It mainly counteracts the dryness that comes from using only shampoo, which can leave your hair feeling quite rough.
