There's really nothing disappointing. The Hwahae Trial Reviewer line has a lot of mild products, so being gentle is a strength, but that also means there's a lack of a dramatic feel...

It's definitely not too stimulating haha. I intentionally don't wash my face thoroughly in the morning, but this doesn't have a tightening feeling, so I like it haha. Once you get used to the mild, non-drying feel, you'll feel it as a gentle, non-irritating cleanse haha. The scent is better than the mildly acidic cleansers I've tried from other brands!!

It's disappointing that I'm not sure if it's actually effective in treating my blemishes, even though I've been using it consistently.

It cleanses the skin gently without any stinging or redness.
The lack of irritation is the best part, and the fragrance is not too strong.

It doesn't have that refreshing feeling like some other cleansers do.
But I think it's because it's not too harsh.

When washing, it doesn't produce as much lather as a regular cleansing foam. It has a semi-transparent gel-like texture. After washing, there is no tightness, and it seems to be effective for acne. It feels like my skin is becoming more soothed.
