It doesn't make blemishes disappear dramatically, and the oil and moisture balance isn't particularly impressive.

It absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling hydrated. I tried it because I often get blemishes, and while it's not a miracle cure, it does have a somewhat soothing effect. The emulsion is nice, but I think the toner is even better. I bought the set with the foam cleanser too, but for blemishes, I guess nothing beats good old ointment... haha!
