I specifically sought out and purchased this product because it's a mineral sunscreen. I've tried many sunscreens, but chemical ones don't seem to provide enough protection. Hybrid sunscreens are gentle on the skin, but I felt their protective effect was also lacking. Usually, mineral sunscreens have a thick, hard-to-spread texture, but this one applies smoothly. I didn't notice any white cast either. With an SPF of over 50, it's suitable for most situations. The disappointing aspect for me is that it causes blemishes when I apply it. I suspect it might be due to the oils included, but I'm not certain. Even mixing it with other products causes itching, so completely avoiding it seems to be the only solution, which is unfortunate. Those with sensitive skin should definitely patch test before purchasing.
