When I picked it up again in winter, I hardly got any breakouts, so I'm still using it now. First off, I trust the product because of its good ingredients. Also, when I apply cushion foundation over it, my makeup doesn't slide off or pill. The scent isn't bad, and it absorbs well, which I like. I wish they'd have more discounts or buy-one-get-one-free promotions!
ConsI usually have some blemishes on my forehead, but when I first started using this, they increased slightly.
TipBuy it when it's on sale!

It applies smoothly, rinses off well, and it's an organic sunscreen. It's hydrating, has clean ingredients, and I love that I can easily pick it up at Olive Young.
ConsHowever... after a month, my skin is a mess. I'm planning to stop using it from tomorrow. I have severe dermatitis, so I had stopped using sunscreen altogether. I learned about this product through Hwahae and decided to give it a try, but now I wish I had just continued without sunscreen. My cheeks feel tight, they're red, and I'm breaking out terribly. My dermatitis has worsened to the point where my skin is weeping. I suspect it might be due to the essential oils. I'm giving up on sunscreen and will just use a parasol from now on.

Sorry for the delayed review, I was busy trying it out. The application and hydration are top-notch... truly excellent. I love that it doesn't feel heavy even when I apply a generous amount.
ConsAs expected with my sensitive skin, a few blemishes appeared. It doesn't have a white cast, so it doesn't provide tone-up correction. Being an organic sunscreen, it caused some warmth on my face.

Absorbs well I loved the smooth application with a slight cooling effect! On dry spring days, it was tricky to apply foundation over mineral sunscreen, but Fopine's sun gel applies with excellent adherence, so the foundation doesn't look patchy afterwards. 2. No white cast Many products have a slight white cast disguised as a tone-up effect, but this one has absolutely no white cast, which I really appreciated. (This might be another reason why the foundation doesn't look patchy) 3. Hydrating!! Perfect match with skincare and foundation! I'm not the type to be super meticulous about skincare, so when the weather gets a bit dry, my foundation often looked patchy after applying sunscreen. But Fopine worked perfectly even with my Givenchy long-wearing foundation, which tends to be on the drier side.
Cons1. Blemishes after reapplication I wonder if it reacted more quickly due to the high levels of fine dust these days. When I reapplied every four hours on the weekend, I immediately noticed small bumps appearing between my eyebrows. 2. Product packaging It would be better if we could cut open the container to use up the remaining product!
TipWhen I applied essence - moisturizer - Fopine sunscreen - Givenchy long-wearing foundation, my skin looked absolutely flawless! Just by changing the sunscreen, my complexion brightened so much that people asked if I changed my foundation. As for how well it holds up during summer water activities, I'll need to test it out when the time comes.

I liked that the ingredients were generally good, and there was no white cast. The absorption was similar to an emulsion, which was nice as it didn't clump or require extensive patting. It absorbs quickly, making it convenient for rushed morning makeup routines. I recommend this product for those with normal skin, not particularly sensitive or prone to adult acne (like me). The ingredients are good, it absorbs well, and when I apply BB cream after this product, the BB cream goes on even better.
ConsI developed a rash after just one day. Because the ingredients were good, I wasn't sure if it was due to this product and used it again the next day. But then I noticed more severe bumps along my right jawline. It wasn't quite acne, but rather raised, itchy rashes that were creeping up. A pimple I had extracted three days ago, which was still large and red, became particularly itchy and painful to touch (hard and red). On the third day of use, the itching continued and I noticed rashes and bumps scattered across my entire right face (even two under my eye), accompanied by a creeping itch. I've stopped using it now. It's disappointing because the ingredients are so good and I wanted to keep using it. I plan to try again once my face calms down. I've been dealing with adult acne for about 2 years (small bumps that turn into pus, self-extraction, scabbing, and then new bumps in an endless cycle). Recently, after using Onsaem cream (I switched from Zeroid Pimprove a month ago due to pore-clogging ingredients), my bumps were starting to decrease. I hope this product works for me when I try it again.
TipThe UV protection ingredients don't seem to be mineral-based. I think the UV protection ingredient is listed around 6th in the ingredients list with a very long name, which suggests it might be an organic (chemical) sunscreen that absorbs UV rays into the skin before dispersing them. Could this be causing the bumps and itching? I've heard somewhere that acne-prone skin can be hypersensitive to organic sunscreen ingredients. So, for those with acne and sensitive skin like me, it might be better to use mineral sunscreens. (This is just my personal opinion.) It's a shame that while all the ingredients in this product are good, it's not mineral-based. That's the only thing that bothers me. Once my skin calms down, I'll try it again. If I experience itching and bumpy rashes again, I'll have to say goodbye to this product. (I'll update my review after trying it again.)
