I absolutely loved the color - it's so clear without any muddiness. It goes on lightly and even when it stains, it doesn't get too intense. It was perfect, which makes me wonder why they had to discontinue it! The discontinuation is such a shame. If I had to point out a flaw, it would be the typical issue with Glow Lip products - the slight transfer... but that's about it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 29, 2020
• Complexion: Seems to suit a range of skin tones from deep undertones to summer cool. • Has a pleasantly sweet scent. • The glossiness isn't too intense, making it perfect for daily wear. • The color is suitable for students, not too bold. • Offers great value for money. • The shine and hydration don't last very long. • The base color is quite light, so it doesn't provide intense pigmentation. Multiple applications are needed for a stronger color payoff. • Like most glossy products, it can transfer easily. • While it looks fine on its own, it looked even prettier when used to add shine over a velvet-textured lip color. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 23, 2020
No dead skin cells emphasized, and while it's slightly rich, it's not sticky. The color is a coral with a hint of pink. I usually really dislike pink, but this one is actually nice! It's a great shade for those with warm complexions. It transfers more than expected and easily gets on teeth. The color is already quite light, so when it wears off, a significant amount of pigment is lost. Try applying a long-lasting lip color underneath and then layer this on top. That way, even if it fades, you'll still have some color left. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 8, 2020
Color: The pink coral shade is absolutely gorgeous! It seems suitable for both cool and warm skin tones. Scent: It smells like melted melon ice cream that's been simmered down. Every time I apply it to my lips, the sweet aroma lifts my mood. Packaging: Oh my goodness! What's this adorable thing? The cute, petite design is simply delightful! Natural Look: I wore this to school with just sunscreen, and my friends were impressed! They said things like, 'Your lips look so healthy, even without tint!' and 'Your natural lip color is beautiful!' It gives a fresh look even without makeup. Applicator Tip: Just control the amount and swipe it on your lips - 5-second lip makeup done! Check the photo for the applicator shape. Longevity: Can you believe it doesn't even last an hour? Staining: Absolutely zero staining power. It truly doesn't leave any color behind. Transfer: For something that doesn't even stain, it transfers way too much! Dryness: After application, there's a slight tightening sensation on the lips. The best way is to just grab it and apply it casually! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 4, 2020
First off, I have a deep autumn warm undertone (shade 22) with lips prone to dead skin cells buildup. 1. Color As mentioned, I have a deep undertone, so I usually avoid tints or lipsticks with pink hues. However, this tint, despite its pinkish tone, didn't feel off-putting at all. I think it's because it applies so naturally. The color is a perfect light strawberry shade. 2. Natural Glow It has the perfect amount of shine for daily wear! It feels like applying an ultra-light lip balm, without any stickiness. 3. Tip Shape As you can see in the photo, it has a unique crescent-shaped tip that fits perfectly with the curve of the lower lip. 4. Hydration I love that it keeps my lips feeling moisturized for a long time without needing a separate lip balm! No need to carry both a lip balm and tint around. 5. Mixable with Other Tints or Lipsticks If you've been avoiding super matte tints or lipsticks due to dead skin cells and dryness, try layering this on top! The color is so natural that it moisturizes your lips without significantly altering the original tint color. 1. Requires Multiple Applications Maybe it's because I have slightly thicker lips, but it doesn't achieve the desired color payoff in one swipe. You need to apply it once and then layer it once or twice more. 2. Longevity & Staining Power It transfers easily and can be wiped off quickly with just a few swipes of your hand. It also doesn't seem to stain the lips much. It seems to be on sale for 50% off on Hwahae, selling for 4,500 won. If you've been looking for a natural, dewy tint, this might be worth considering. Regardless of what anyone says, I think this color suits those with deep undertones best. However, after watching full-range review videos, it seems that shade 4 is the most wearable for those with warm autumn undertones. As someone with a warm autumn complexion myself, I'm quite satisfied with it. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinDec 7, 2019
Peripera Sugar Glow Tint [004 Sweet and Shower] *This is my entirely subjective review. Your experience may differ if you have different preferences. ✅Beautiful color payoff. It has an orange tinge which might be hit or miss, but for me, it was a hit! Though after application, it looks more pink than orange. ✅Pleasant scent. It's a bit like sweet junk food, but that's better than an unpleasant smell, right? However, it can get a bit cloying after a while. ✅Not sticky. I loved that it stays moisturizing without becoming tacky. ✔The formula is quite runny, so it easily gets on your teeth... As someone who prefers matte lips and isn't a fan of glossy finishes, I wasn't too keen on this. I know some people love glossy lips, but I really dislike it when product transfers to my teeth. ✔It comes off too easily. After one meal, it's completely gone... Though I suppose this is unavoidable given the formula. So for me, I rarely reach for this lip tint. I've had it for quite a while, but I don't think I've used it even ten times... It's not that it's bad per se, it just wasn't to my taste. Since it tends to get on your teeth, I found that biting down on a tissue after application helps prevent transfer. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinDec 2, 2019
It gives a nice glow and has a soft, delicate color. It's great for everyday use without feeling heavy. It tends to transfer and the ingredients aren't the best. The packaging might be hit or miss for some people. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinJul 13, 2019
Among water tints and glossy tints, this one had decent staying power. The color isn't too light and applies beautifully. Being a glossy tint, you have to accept some transfer and stickiness. I didn't find it particularly good value for money. The hexagonal case? Anyway, the protruding middle part made it a bit inconvenient to use. If you want to wear a matte lip but worry about dead skin cells, first apply this Sugar Glow as a base. Don't apply too much or it'll become glossy - just a thin layer to prevent dryness works well. This tint really leaves a beautiful stain if you apply it right. Once when I was in a rush and only applied this tint, whether due to the heat or the staining effect, my lips were left with a pretty orange hue. By the way, I also use this as a blusher - just one touch blended out gives a natural, beautiful flush. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 24, 2019
- Color: Subtle coral shade - Absorbs well - Decent color payoff - Hydrating - Leaves a light tint - Limited staying power - Transfers easily - Becomes dry over time - Ingredients are questionable - Apply a thin layer of lip balm before the tint to reduce dryness - Layer multiple times for a prettier color buildup - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMar 26, 2019
It has a delightful watermelon scent! Such a yummy fragrance. The packaging is also super cute! The tint applicator is curved, which makes it awkward to apply on the upper lip. The outer part of the curved tip feels somewhat rougher, so I have to turn it inward to apply, which is inconvenient. Although it's a glossy tint, I was hoping for a moisturizing, plumping effect, but that's not the case. It feels like water sitting on top of my lips, not absorbing well. The feeling isn't particularly pleasant. The transfer is no joke - you absolutely need to wipe it off before eating. The ingredients don't seem particularly impressive either...
