  The water-based toner has a refreshing texture, so there's no particular burden when using it! I think it's a good toner to start your skincare routine with, as it's quite versatile. I just dispense it onto my hands and gently pat it into my skin to help it absorb thoroughly. Even without excessive patting, it absorbs well, but I find that patting it in several times really helps to deeply hydrate my skin. ㅎㅎ So I'd recommend making sure to pat it in well to perfectly care for both the surface and deeper layers of your skin!
