The deep shade was perfect for creating a gradient effect on the inner part of my lips. Though it's described as a velvet texture, I found it soft and moisturizing. I didn't really notice much of a matte finish - it's more of a semi-matte, I'd say.
ConsIt tends to slide around a bit. The color comes off easily when eating and transfers quite a lot. Because of this, I found it difficult to use frequently.
TipThis product is great for creating a gradient effect on the inner part of your lips. While applying it all over your lips could look pretty too, it transfers quite a bit, so I'd recommend using it according to your personal preference.
