I have combination dehydrated skin, and as time passes, my T-zone and U-zone become an oil slick. I stored it in a cool place from the start, so when I used it with a nice cooling effect, it absorbed well! At first, it made my skin look radiant and makeup-ready, just like my own complexion.
ConsAs time went on, my hopes turned into disappointment. When my skin gets oily and I need to touch up my makeup, applying more of this makes my makeup pill. Also, since I'm currently undergoing orthodontic treatment, it tends to gather a lot in my nasolabial folds, especially between my eyebrows. This might vary from person to person, but it definitely seems to clump around wrinkles and the brow area.
TipIt's perfect when mixed with the moisturizer and base that Cremorlab sent. Other moisturizers are good too, but since they're from the same brand line, you shouldn't just apply the moisturizer alone. You need to apply the base together to significantly reduce clumping.

One of my biggest concerns when trying new cosmetics is blemishes. Fortunately, I didn't experience any after using this product! The initial application feels pleasantly moisturizing. The puff is adequately thick and elastic, allowing for even product distribution and good coverage. As for coverage, I think it can conceal most imperfections if you use a concealer in addition!
ConsThe most disappointing aspect was the color tone. Despite being shade 21, the color wasn't bright and had a grayish tint that made my face look dull. Because of this, I rarely felt like using it. Another issue is that it's slightly matte, which can make it look cakey. If only the color was better, it could have been a great product. Unfortunately, it was a letdown.

Let's start with the color - I usually use shade 21 for my skin tone, and this cushion's color looked incredibly natural on me. It doesn't necessarily brighten your face, so it's perfect if you prefer a more natural look. Personally, I tend to have a bit of redness in my skin, so the yellow base actually worked quite well for me, giving a nice, calm appearance. The formula feels quite hydrating upon application, but once it settles, it has more of a semi-matte finish. I have combination skin leaning towards oily, and it worked well for me. I wore this to a VR cafe with a friend for an hour, and it barely budged - impressive staying power! The coverage is decent too; if you already have good skin, you could probably get away with just this. For red blemishes, I found it wasn't quite enough on its own, but it worked well when I used concealer underneath.
ConsIf you apply it too thickly, it can look a bit cakey in those areas. Also, while it feels hydrating when you first apply it, that sensation fades pretty quickly. So if you skimp on your skincare routine thinking this is hydrating enough, your makeup might start to look patchy soon.

If I had to nitpick, I'd say there's a slight ashy tint to it in my eyes. It feels moisturizing when you apply it, but it sets to a semi-matte finish. When you touch your skin, it doesn't feel dry, but rather comfortably smooth. I didn't notice any stickiness, but it does transfer a bit when touched. Oh, and as for coverage on my face, just a small dab in the center of the puff was enough to completely cover redness, and it had a nice refining effect on dark circles, making them less noticeable.
ConsThe key with this cushion seems to be controlling the amount you use. Depending on how you manage that, the results can be drastically different! The coverage is good for a moisturizing formula (though it's not extremely hydrating - I think very dry skin might struggle with it in the dead of winter), but it does feel like it goes on quite thick. If you fail to control the amount, it can end up looking patchy, settling into wrinkles, and breaking down in an unsightly way.

It also absorbed really well.
ConsIt pills easily and the staying power is terrible. Plus, after removing my makeup, I noticed a ton of tiny red blemishes had popped up.
