  Pros

  It's a refreshing gel formula that's perfect for summer use. I often used it together with the Aqua Source toner that I purchased. Although the photo shows the pre-renewal version, I bought the jumbo size. Being a gel type, it's low in oil and absorbs well, making it great for oily or blemish-prone skin.

  Cons

  If you apply makeup right after using this, it pills terribly like dead skin cells. I only use it when I don't need to apply makeup immediately - before bed or on makeup-free days. These days, since I'm wearing a mask and not doing full face makeup, I use it almost daily.

  Pros

  As someone with dry skin, I bought this for hydration. It instantly gives a glow, provides excellent moisture, and has a great texture. The hydration is on point, and it doesn't feel light at all.

  Cons

  After some time, the moisturizer starts to ball up on my face, almost like dead skin cells. It just rolls off... I'm not sure if it's because I applied too much. Usually, when I apply a lot of moisturizer or nourishing cream before makeup, it absorbs better. But once, I applied this generously before makeup and was shocked - I had to remove everything and start over. Even now, I just applied sunscreen over my skincare, and after a while, when I touch my face, it still rolls off like dead skin. Ha! I wonder if it's just me...

  It's so moisturizing that my skin doesn't feel tight. And well...

  Cons

  Sometimes it pills like dead skin. It doesn't seem to absorb, just sits on top like a film, potentially clogging pores and possibly causing more blemishes. It's expensive but not worth the price. I want to switch but keep using it because I don't want to waste it... Not recommended for combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes.

  Absorption: It glides on smoothly and lightly. A small amount is enough to cover your face and neck.

  Cons

  Absorption: Rather than being absorbed, it feels like it's coating your skin. After some time, if you touch your face, it peels off like dead skin cells. Hydration: Due to this coating effect, I'm not sure if it's actually moisturizing. At least my face doesn't feel itchy.

  Hydration, nothing but hydration! That's all there is to it. I'm not sure if it's actually hydrating or if it's just in my head, but at least my skin doesn't feel dry after applying it. So I guess it must be hydrating...

  Cons

  It pills up like dead skin cells every single time after application. It's so unpleasant. I pat it in to help it absorb, and just when I think it's almost absorbed, it comes off on my hands like dead skin. It keeps pilling until I wash my face. No matter how hydrating it claims to be, I'll never buy this again.

  Oddly enough, when I use this as a base and then apply Bobbi Brown foundation, it tends to pill and roll off like dead skin.
