While it was applied to the apples of my cheeks, over time I noticed glitter particles stuck to my cheeks, which was disappointing. The longevity isn't the best, but it's still a decent product. I was able to see high-quality shimmer like Stila at an affordable price. The formula is not dry but moisturizing, and it does not flake off even after applying makeup.
Cons

Pros
This is a review I wrote after using it for about 4 months :) It's so pretty and sparkly. It's great to use for nights out, amusement parks, festivals, and other occasions where you want to be extra glamorous and sparkly!!!
Cons
The built-in applicator is way too thick. If you apply it as is, it comes out too thick, clumpy, and gets in your eyes - it's a mess. The staying power is fine if you just leave it alone, but the moment you touch your eyes, it spreads all over your face.
Tip
You have to dab it on lightly with a cotton swab. Even then, it's a bit too much, so after dabbing with the swab, adjust the amount on the back of your hand or a tissue before applying. Since it's so sparkly, if you put a light layer of translucent powder on top, the sparkles won't be as intense but the staying power will be much longer!
