I bought this because I needed to exfoliate, but my sensitive skin couldn't handle physical peeling and would get really red. So I looked around and tried this, which is said to be good for milia. I'm not sure if it's working well yet, but I can definitely feel my skin becoming smoother! It's like a whole new world - even without physical peeling, my skin can get this soft! If the principle is dissolving dead skin, I think focusing on regeneration as the next step would be a good idea. I'm not sure about pores yet, I'll have to use it more to see. I'll keep using it and leave another review.

I was expecting it to sting, so I tried to enjoy it. It was a bit scary, but it wasn't a general stinging sensation, rather there were specific spots that stung a lot. The stinging was bearable, but the itchiness was not. The areas that were itchy before became even more itchy, and I couldn't help but scratch them. Also, I had done a nose pack before, and the area around my nose was really sensitive and felt like it was about to break out. After using this, sure enough, a breakout happened. Luckily, I had also bought a soothing mask (the So Natural one) pH 5.5, and putting that on right after really helped calm it down. For sensitive people who want to try this, I'd recommend using a soothing mask afterwards. If I hadn't done that, it would have been a disaster! For those who want to try this product, I'd recommend using it when your skin is in good condition. I bought it from the brand's website, where they said I could get a refund if it didn't work, but I'm a bit reluctant to return it since I can already see visible improvements, even with just one use. So I'll try to use it mainly on less sensitive areas.

My skin feels smoother right after using the product.
Cons
Even though my skin isn't sensitive at all, I almost screamed the moment I applied this product. It was so unbearably stinging that I wanted to wash it off immediately, but I still gently massaged it in. Even after washing it off, my skin is still irritated and itchy...
Tip
Although it doesn't contain any strange ingredients, I'd recommend doing a patch test first if you have sensitive skin before purchasing this.

I purchased this product because my skin felt rough and flaky even after regular cleansing. After using it, my skin feels soft and smooth.
Cons
It's extremely painful. The pain is severe... This is why I should have used a gentler serum instead.

Pros
I was really surprised at how smooth and supple my skin became, proportional to the level of discomfort. No matter what exfoliating product I used before, I never saw such effective results. The difference was noticeable right after washing, and the next day my skin felt as soft and smooth as a freshly laid egg.
Cons
It was so painful that I almost cried. Applying this to my face was more uncomfortable than getting my legs waxed. After using it once, I was too scared to use it again and ended up giving it away to someone else...
Tip
I would highly recommend this to people who can really tolerate discomfort well or have serious skin concerns that they're willing to address. But for scaredy-cats like me, this is not something I would suggest.
