First of all, it's not sticky at all and has a refreshing feel. I applied it and went to bed, and when I woke up the next day, my face looked so bright. I checked the ingredients and saw niacinamide at the top of the list.
I thought it might just be a placebo effect, but every day I applied it and woke up with an unusually bright complexion, I was amazed~ It's great!!! It's not a tone-up cream, it's a gel cream.
