I think I didn't know how to use it properly at first. It's not a serum that absorbs easily, so I used to pat it in. But I found that gently massaging it in actually helps it absorb better, and I noticed a difference the next day. After using this serum, I felt like my skin became more youthful. My pores seemed to shrink, and my skin felt smoother. If I continue to see improvements with consistent use, I'd definitely consider repurchasing! With regular use, I've noticed a definite brightening effect. I plan to buy it again. When applied along with ointment on acne scars and redness, it seems to gradually improve the condition. Initial review - I bought this expecting it to help with brightening and acne scar fading, but I couldn't really notice much effect... I hardly saw any difference before and after application. Since I've only used it for a few weeks, I'll update if I notice any improvements with continued use. Maybe it's because of the vitamin A, but the scent wasn't to my liking! You can buy this at a lower price on iHerb. Don't pat it in, instead gently massage it into your skin for better absorption! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinNov 4, 2020
I ordered this product in a trance after hearing about how amazing Vitamin A is for the skin. I was hoping it would have some effect on my pores, and wow - using this product while managing my sebum has made my skin look truly fantastic. My sebum control routine includes sebum extraction, The Ordinary's Niacinamide, and applying this Vitamin A product. I've seen such incredible results that I'm definitely going to keep using it! There's nothing I'm particularly disappointed about! The effects have been so impressive for me. I've heard that Vitamin A is sensitive to UV rays, so I only apply it in the evening. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 23, 2019
This is my empty bottle review:) Firmness: I bought this product after seeing a YouTuber recommend using it in a set with something like an emulsion. It was quite pricey. Rather than making my skin super bouncy, it gave more of a tightening effect. It felt like my open pores were being pulled together. Complexion: I felt like my skin tone became more even, which was personally my favorite aspect. As my skin tone evened out, it seemed like my overall complexion brightened. Blemishes: Fortunately, it didn't cause any acne or blemishes. In fact, when my skin was a bit irritated, applying this seemed to help. Hydration: This was the most disappointing aspect. Especially for someone like me with dry skin in winter, it might be challenging to use. Shortly after applying, my skin feels quite tight. It's okay if I apply another moisturizing product afterwards, but it's like... if you look at it positively, it's firmness, if you look at it negatively, it's dryness. Price: It's quite expensive.. From what I know, vitamin A might not mix well with other cosmetics, so I've heard that after applying this product, you should wait a bit before applying other products~
