When my acne was really bad at first, I would apply the toner and then squeeze out this product and spread it all over my face. Since it's a thicker product, I would spread it out on the back of my hand first, then use my fingertips to gently pat it onto my face, allowing it to fully absorb.
Nowadays, since my acne-prone skin really needs the moisture, I layer a light lotion or moisturizer on top, and just use this as a spot treatment where I need it.

I started using it from the beginning of summer, and even though it's a slightly thicker product, with some adjustment to the amount used, it works great. It's even fine for my sensitive, eczema-prone skin, so the ingredients seem really good. And the price is so affordable - it's the best!

The cooling sensation was personally good for me, but when it touched the eye area, my eyes felt a bit chilly, so I think you should only lightly apply the remaining product on the eye area at the end.
