Pros
I bought this because I was struggling with back acne. While it's not as clean as the ads claim, it absorbs well and with consistent use, the scars have been gradually fading. If you use it consistently, the effects will definitely show. You can see the difference. I've used almost two bottles already.
Cons
This is a really good product, but if you don't keep using it consistently, the acne will slowly start coming back.
Tip
For those of you who have acne on your body, not just your face, make sure not to use oil-based body washes! Regular body washes work much better for acne than oil products. And be sure to use a towel to gently pat dry.

The advantage of the cosmetics is that the quantity is large. There are no other advantages.

It was completely ineffective for me. Instead, when I applied it, more acne came up on the back of my neck and other areas. The spreadability was sticky and I didn't feel like it was absorbed quickly. When I bought and used a different product, it calmed down right away. I've been living with acne on my back and chest for over 10 years. My mom and sister had the same issue, so I thought it was hereditary. In the summer, it was really stressful to wear clothes because of the acne on my back and chest. When there was a 1+1 sale, I bought and consistently applied the product. As I applied it every day, I gradually saw the acne decreasing, and nowadays, I barely have any acne...It was like a volcano about to erupt on my chest and back. I exfoliated and washed my back and chest thoroughly every day, but the acne wouldn't go away. (In other areas, it gets too dry, so I can't wash with soap every day in the fall and winter.) Now that I apply the lotion, the stress has gone away, and I'm so happy!
Cons
The absorption is a bit...I have to keep patting it on for it to absorb well. Patting it on my back makes my arm muscles tingle... And suddenly, breakouts popped up on my neck, so I tried applying it there too, but strangely, it made the breakouts on my neck even worse.
Tip
It seemed like the acne got better absorbed when I applied it on damp skin rather than completely dry skin.

None. I firmly have none! Acne relief is what? The price is evil and it's not even moisturizing! It doesn't even moisturize! I gave it to my mom to use as dish soap and hand cream.

Is there a negative rating? I don't have severe acne on my back and chest, but I have a type of acne that looks like small bumps. It's more due to fabrics and materials of clothes rather than hormones (that's why it only appears in the fall and winter). After the fall, the acne started coming back, so I bought this based on the ads without even searching Hwahae, and I was an idiot!! In the beginning, some strange cystic acne started appearing and it was a bit itchy, so I thought it would get better as I kept using it while wearing thicker clothes. But that was the problem! After using it for over 2 weeks, the existing acne got worse and painful cystic acne appeared (a collaboration of cystic and bumpy acne 😱). Acne also started appearing in areas that didn't have it before - on my neck, armpits, and thighs. It's so bumpy and itchy!! I thought I was the only one, but after checking Hwahae reviews, I realized that's not the case... I started using a different product a few days ago and it seems to be calming down a bit...

My tip is, if you buy this, you're stupid. Don't trust the ads 😭 It's better to just buy a 900 won hydrogen peroxide from the pharmacy and wipe it on with cotton.

The good part...I don't even know what to write, it's that terrible.

I had a bit of acne or pore keratosis, but it wasn't too serious, just a slight concern, so I used it thinking it would be good for my body acne... But the conclusion is that my whole body skin has been turned upside down...It feels like I only used it for about 5 days...A slightly bumpy area has more than doubled in size and turned bright red....When I applied it, it didn't seem too oily, but now I'm experiencing hell.

I bought the product after seeing a Facebook ad. I was curious about using a body lotion, as I don't usually apply them. The application was smooth and non-sticky. However, I felt like the moisture evaporated quickly after application - this seems to be the 'moisturizing power' that people talk about. I focused on applying it to my chest, abdomen, shoulders, and upper arms. After about a month, I noticed that my back acne and keratosis pilaris had improved somewhat when I looked in the mirror. The product does seem to have some effect. My uneven skin tone has returned to normal, and the acne scars have faded.

To be honest, there are no good points. I used it for a month after the incident and then threw it away.

I saw an ad on Facebook and bought the body lotion and facial cream together. When I used the magic, I got one pimple each on my chest and face, and it got even worse. Undrainable, suppurative acne spread all over my chest and back. I went to a dermatologist, got a prescription for antibiotics, and got injections, but it didn't get better.....
