If you have dry skin like me, try mixing this type of fluid sunscreen with your regular moisturizer. Balm-type products work well too. It's easy to apply, absorbs well, and doesn't leave a sticky feeling - it's great!

The downside, of course, is that it's been discontinued... I've been raving about it to my friends, and everyone who's tried it loves it. I just can't understand why they're discontinuing it. It's truly baffling, especially considering the ingredients aren't bad at all.

First off, I'm a big fan of fluid-type sunscreens. I can't stand sticky sunscreens, but since I have dry skin, I love mixing fluid formulas with my regular cream. This tinted product did wonders for evening out my complexion, and being from Dermatory, I felt comfortable using it without any worries. I've tried fluid sunscreens from Clarins and Primera, but what I really appreciated about this one was the absence of that typical gritty feeling you get with fluid sunscreens. It blended seamlessly with my cream without any friction.

This is perfect for a foundation-free look. Comparing it to others, Make P:rem made my face visibly stiff, so it was a no-go. Innisfree made my face too greasy, so that was out too. For me, this product strikes just the right balance.

It can be a bit drying, but among non-greasy sunscreens, it's actually on the less drying side.

I've tried various tinted sunscreens because I hate feeling greasy, but I always come back to this product. The ingredients are great, and it doesn't irritate my eyes. I tried Make P:rem's popular one when I wanted to go without color, but it made my face feel heavy, so I returned to this one.

I tried applying it with a puff, but using your hands is definitely the best way to go!

If I had to nitpick, applying too much can make your skin look overly pale... But that's easily solved by controlling the amount, so I can't really say there's anything disappointing about it

The tinted formula makes it feel more like skincare than sunscreen... It's incredibly lightweight... It provides a subtle brightening effect, almost like applying a base makeup... Plus, the quantity is generous... It seems to last forever!

This is all I'll need for the upcoming summer. When it gets sweaty, I'll just wash my face and reapply this frequently. I love how it applies thinly and feels light. With masks still necessary due to COVID this summer, I'm skipping foundation and just using this instead!

As someone with sensitive skin prone to blemishes when using unsuitable ingredients, I'm relieved this product contains no concerning components. You can use it with peace of mind.

B. Texture
While not extremely hydrating, it's not dry either. It absorbs well with a smooth application.
I love how it leaves a soft, matte finish.
Personally, I appreciate that it doesn't cause any eye irritation.

C. Brightening and Color
Unlike most sunscreens that are white, this one has a foundation-like tint. When applied, it naturally evens skin tone without leaving any white cast.

It's great for a foundation-free look, serving as a substitute for foundation or cushion. With its high SPF, it's perfect for light makeup when doing outdoor activities.

If you don't shake it before use, water droplets can separate. I'm not sure if it's because I don't use it daily or if it's just how it is, but I squeezed it out without thinking and a slightly diluted liquid dripped out. I was worried the product might have gone bad! But it's fine once you give it a good shake.

This sunscreen has a foundation-like color with a watery, fluid texture. It brightens and evens out the skin tone while offering high sun protection. Surprisingly, despite being a mineral sunscreen, it absorbs well and doesn't irritate the eyes!

While it doesn't irritate the eye area, it does feel a bit stiff when applied. I think it would be even better if it provided a bit more hydration.

It's perfect for those lazy days when you want to apply just one product and go out. It feels light, though I still need concealer for my dark circles.

Blemish reaction:
I have skin that's sensitive to oily cosmetics, and usually get a few minor blemishes with most base products. However, when I used this alone without additional makeup, I didn't experience any blemishes. Plus, it's so light that I often almost fell asleep with it on...

I think it might work well as a base under cushion foundation or regular foundation though, so I'll use it for that!

I tried the 'Dr.G Green Mild Up Sun' before and gave up because it was too drying, but I got another sample to try again. Maybe because I've improved my skincare routine, it feels only slightly drying now - manageable! The brightening effect is just right. The best part is it's not greasy at all, leaving a matte finish. I'm considering buying a full-size Dr.G. But then again, I worry it might be too dry for winter use.

When I look at reviews for brightening sunscreens, people often say the effect is natural, but I think those must be from people with fairer skin tones like 21 or lighter. As someone with a true yellow undertone in 22-23, the color really doesn't match well. Among all, Dr.G has the best color match for me.

Long story short... I bought this hoping for a foundation-free look, but it's a letdown.
While it does brighten, it has that typical sunscreen tint that makes the skin look dull. Anyone can tell you're wearing sunscreen! It's less intense than the 'Etude UV The Bloc Cut Moist Tone-Up Sun Cream' (which turns you ghostly white), but still noticeable. The shine it produces might be overwhelming for those with combination or oily skin like me.

4. Hate sticky products
5. Want a gentle formula that won't irritate your eyes

You can achieve great brightening effects with just a small amount!

It works better if you layer on plenty of moisturizing skincare products beforehand to balance your oil and moisture levels.

For the brightening effect to really show, I think you need to have quite fair skin to begin with. The matte finish tends to emphasize dead skin cells, and it doesn't sit well on my skin.

I bought this after checking the ingredients on Hwahae, and it turned out great! No tingling, eye irritation, or blemishes. It brightens my skin so well that it could be a substitute for my usual foundation.
