If you want an even brighter tone-up, you can apply it layer by layer over time. The texture is a soft yogurt texture as advertised. It is more moisturizing than other tone-up creams.
ConsMy cheeks and eye areas have dry skin, so if I don't moisturize the base well, it can look slightly uneven. Dry skin needs a moisturizing base. Applying too much can cause the makeup to cake.
