I am a person who suffers from enlarged pores filled with sebum, occasional pimples, and a combination of oily skin, blackheads, and whiteheads. I went to buy the Black Sugar Scrub, but it seemed like a regular toner, so I just bought and used it. It doesn't seem to have a lot of alcohol, but a lot of sebum came off on the cotton pad, which surprised me. I'm currently using Seier, but I want to quickly finish it and go back to Skinfood.

I'm spraying it from the empty bottle as a mist! Haha

There's really nothing disappointing about it, but the container is a bit difficult to control the amount.

The scent is nice, and it's a large volume, so I use it to lightly wipe my face after cleansing, and it works well, leaving me feeling refreshed!

1) Using this toner to smooth out the skin texture, and then soaking a pad with it and leaving it on for 5-10 minutes as a toner pack, makes my skin feel refreshed and ready for the next steps of essences and creams.
2) I've also mixed this toner with some jojoba oil in an empty bottle, and I'll either mist it on my face or use it as a toner. The added oil makes it even more hydrating than expected.

I don't reach for this toner much, except when I use it as a toner pack in the evenings before my skincare routine. I think it's because during my busy mornings, when I quickly apply this toner and then essences and creams, it feels like it dries up quickly. It's not as hydrating as the claims suggest.

The product is exactly as described, a 'water toner'. The price is affordable, and the 500ml size is generous, which is pleasing. Using just this toner alone may seem to lack sufficient moisture, but if you soak a toner pad generously and use it as a toner pack before your routine, it becomes nicely hydrating. I'm not particularly sensitive to scents, and the fragrance is just so-so, neither good nor bad - it's kind of like cucumber or lettuce, a vegetable-like aroma.

I thought it would be gentle since it's a soothing toner, but it actually feels a bit irritating... Especially when using it with a sheet mask, my skin sometimes feels a bit stinging.

It feels refreshing and is great to use in the summer. The amount is generous, so it's easy to use it everywhere. The scent is not bad and leaves a pleasant, refreshing fragrance.
