The advantages are: 1. Convenient portability as it can be used as both body wash and shampoo 2. Refreshing mint scent that leaves you feeling invigorated 3. A little goes a long way - it lathers up quickly, so the product lasts longer
ConsTo be honest, I noticed more drawbacks than benefits while using this product: 1. When used as a shampoo, it seemed to make my hair condition worse. - I realized this after switching from the all-in-one wash to the hotel shampoo during my stay in Bangkok. 2. While the cooling sensation is nice, it might be better suited as a body wash rather than a shampoo. - This is more of a tip than a drawback, but please consider it as a limitation of the all-in-one product. 3. Not suitable for facial use. - Despite being an all-in-one wash, it was too harsh for my face. When I tried using it, my skin became slightly red and puffy. My sensitive skin might have contributed to this reaction.
TipIn terms of freshness and cooling effect, this ranks number one among all the wash products I've used. It's better to think of it more as a body wash than a shampoo when using. I'd recommend this product especially for those who tend to sweat a lot during summer.

Convenient It's definitely more convenient having shampoo and body wash combined. At home, I used to use shampoo and body wash separately, but now there's no need - it's so handy to wash from head to toe with just one product. 2. Menthol's Cooling Sensation The menthol ingredient provides a refreshing and cool feeling that can blow away the stuffiness of summer. The name 'Coolist Man' makes perfect sense now. 3. Hydration Usually, products containing sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium laureth sulfate can be too harsh, stripping even the skin barrier and leaving it very dry. However, other moisturizing ingredients in this product prevent that, so I didn't feel any dryness after washing. 4. Lather Of course, I know that lather doesn't actually affect cleansing power, but psychologically, it's off-putting when a product doesn't foam well. This one lathers up nicely. 5. Packaging I like the design, but that's just my personal preference...
Cons1. Refreshing Feel I thought it would have strong cleansing power due to the sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium laureth sulfate, but perhaps because of the other moisturizing ingredients, it falls a bit short in terms of feeling squeaky clean. 2. Lather I considered the abundant lather a plus, but while it foams up well on the body, it doesn't lather as much when washing hair. You need to create the lather first and then apply it to your hair for better results. 3. Ingredients Who uses sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium laureth sulfate these days? Even if it cleanses well and is cheap, I hope this point is improved... Men care about ingredients too, you know. 4. Shine It doesn't leave the hair shiny, instead it feels dry and lackluster. 5. Cooling Effect It seems they've added menthol or something similar for a cooling sensation, but this effect only lasts momentarily while showering and disappears completely once you rinse. It would be nice if the cooling effect could be prolonged.

It absorbs well, gliding on smoothly, and has a slightly refreshing minty scent. The scent alone makes me feel like I'm getting a thorough clean, and after rinsing, I feel incredibly refreshed and invigorated. I think this will become one of my go-to products from now on.
ConsWell, the refreshing scent is somewhat reminiscent of men's skincare products, so those looking for floral fragrances might not find it to their liking. As for me, being a manly guy, I'm quite fond of it!
TipWhile using your hands to lather is fine, trying it with a foam net was a game-changer for me. Of course, I only used it once because my skin is so rough... the foam net completely fell apart! (It's no secret that I have the hands of destruction)
