  Pros

  I really like the color range! I bought it hoping to apply it all at once, and the combination is great. The application is smooth, and I found the shimmer to be quite nice.

  I think the brush needs to be changed. The staying power doesn't match up to how well it applies. I found it works better when applied with a different tool.

  Pros

  Among the Eye Magazine shades, this is the best color. As the name 'Everyday' suggests, it's the most suitable for daily wear. It has a slight orange tint that looks the most natural with skin tone. However, it does have quite a bit of shimmer, which makes it obvious you're wearing makeup, but that's typical for all Eye Magazine products.

  Cons

  While it's the most recommended shade in the Eye Magazine line with its orange hue, the downside is that the shimmer is still a bit excessive.

  Pros

  First off, the packaging is absolutely stunning. The shimmer effect is fantastic - when applied to the eyes, it sparkles so beautifully that my friends always ask what brand I'm using. It's perfect for adding a touch of glitter over matte eyeshadows.

  Cons

  The brown shade at the bottom is too intense, making it difficult to use. I rarely reach for it.

  Tip

  Try using this with matte eyeshadows for the best effect!

  Pros

  It's true that it's easy to apply with just one swipe. Although the built-in brush didn't really work for me, I found that using my fingers to dab and blend made it adhere better and go on more smoothly over my eyelids. Since it's made up of two colors, there's no middle shadow, which made my eyes without double eyelids look a bit puffy. Overall, the shimmery texture of the shadow seems to enhance this effect. The first color isn't very pigmented, so for those with double eyelids, it could create a beautifully simple eye look effortlessly. However, it just didn't work well for me. The packaging is innovatively cute, and after taking out the shadow, the paper that looks like a magazine seemed too nice to throw away. Surprisingly, the ingredients are really good - it's the first time I've seen such great ingredients in an eyeshadow! That's why I'm giving it 3 stars.

  Cons

  I wish there were more combinations with matte shadows. I'm using the darker brown color at the bottom separately as a finishing touch. For eyes without double eyelids, using the brush seemed to make them look even puffier. It felt like applying shimmery pearl shadow all over the eye, so using fingers to control the amount and blend was much better for adherence and overall application.

  Pros

  No need to agonize over which eyeshadow to use - you can start your eye makeup right away. The color combination is perfect for daily wear. The shimmer is beautiful.

  Cons

  My eyelids have contours, but the included eyeshadow brush is straight, so when applying the shadow, some areas get more pigmented while others are lighter. There's a bit of excess powder when applying the shadow. When applying with eyes closed, brown shadow tends to get under the eyes.

  Tip

  To create a natural blend between colors when applying eyeshadow, pick up the shadow on the brush in a zigzag pattern before applying.

  Why I decided to buy it: I originally had my eye on this product when 16brand was running a promotion on their website. I got the Eye Magazine + Taste Chew edition for under 10,000 won. I ended up purchasing two packages - the Pumpkin Caramel and the Fudgy Chocolate. What I liked: Even from a distance, you can see the sparkle! The shimmer is absolutely beautiful.

  Cons

  Unfortunately, there were quite a few disappointments. I did my research, even watching YouTube reviews, before buying: - I had heard about excess fallout, but reviews suggested it wouldn't be too bad if you tilted the brush slightly when applying. However, the fallout was still severe. I thought maybe it was just my brush, so I tried a different one. While it was slightly better, I still ended up with shimmer that had migrated from my eyelids down to my cheeks. I've used other eyeshadows known for fallout before and managed to adapt my technique, but this one really fell short of my expectations. - When I first saw the included brush, I thought it would make application easy. However, in my experience, it actually made the fallout worse. Of course, one could argue that at such a low price point, what can you expect? But I had hoped this would be something even beginners could use easily, especially for quick morning makeup routines. I'm not sure if it would really work well for novices or rushed mornings. Most importantly, I'm not sure if the brush was defective, but when I tried to swatch the shadow, it only picked up product in certain areas. Parts of the brush didn't pick up any shadow at all (see attached photo).

  Cons

  • There's quite a bit of excess powder fallout... It's quite noticeable. Since it's a product with fine shimmer particles, this issue is somewhat unavoidable, so I'm trying to overlook it to some extent
