Apply a thick layer of the product to your dry face, like a face pack. Then, gently roll your water-dampened fingers over your skin to create a soft, fine lather. Continue rolling your fingers to dissolve any makeup, dead skin, and excess oil. Finally, rinse it off with water, and your skin will feel incredibly soft and hydrated... all the dead skin will be gone. It really feels like an expensive facial treatment.
Using it 1-2 times a week is sufficient.
Also, since it's a cleansing pack, it's more suitable for evening cleansing rather than morning cleansing.

There's really nothing disappointing about this product, but if I had to point out a few things, it would be the high price and limited availability. It also tends to get discontinued easily. There are multiple versions and the product is constantly being renewed, which can be confusing.
The fragrance, while natural, is not particularly aromatic.
Also, the cleansing pack has a sticky, paste-like texture, so those who dislike that kind of cleansing product may not like it.
Sometimes, the foam can bubble up and accumulate at the opening, but it doesn't actually flow out, so I just wipe it away as I use the product.

It's a product worth the price.
Even though it's not very well-known, possibly because the name and packaging design appeal more to those in their 10s to 20s, it's surprisingly good. The lather is soft and fine, like that of Dove soap, and it does an excellent job of removing makeup, dead skin, and excess oil, leaving the skin baby-soft and smooth. There must be a good reason why it's so expensive.
After applying a moisturizer on top, my skin feels as soft, cool, and hydrated as if I had just gotten an expensive facial treatment. I can't stop touching my skin because it feels so nice!
I have sensitive and combination skin, and my cheeks and chin used to be the only areas with good skin texture, while my T-zone was oily and prone to redness and enlarged pores. But after using this cleansing foam, the redness and pores in my T-zone have significantly diminished, and my overall skin texture has become as smooth as the inner side of my arm. I feel like my skin type has transformed from heat-prone to cool and comfortable.
I've only sung praises, but I really hope this product never gets discontinued. I want to keep it as my little secret.

Many have left reviews saying that the product doesn't create foam, but if you apply it gently to a damp face like a mask, rather than rubbing it in with dry hands, the foam will start to build up nicely! After that, if you roll it around with lukewarm water, you can cleanse your face thoroughly! ☺️

This is truly the best product for me.
At one point, my pores were clogged and my whole face was covered in pimples like millet.
I tried various popular enzyme cleansers and creams that are supposed to be good for millet-like blemishes, but they didn't work.
Then I found some leftover samples of the pre-renewal product.
Even though the expiration date had passed, I used them when washing my face, and the improvement was noticeable after just a few uses.
So I bought the renewed product, but I only got one, just in case the new formula didn't agree with me.
It was even hard to find the website.

Now my skin has almost completely recovered.
When my skin was troubled, my face felt rough and uneven when washing, but now it's completely smooth and soft.
The millet-like blemishes have diminished to the point where you can barely see them.
I'm really, really satisfied.

The product seems to have less volume compared to many other foam cleansers, despite the price.

The slightly acidic formula was gentle on my skin during morning cleansing, and there was minimal tightness after washing.

The instructions say to apply the cleansing foam on a dry face and then add water to create a lather. But I find it easier to just apply the cleansing foam on a damp face and use it like a regular cleansing foam.

The makeup is easy to remove, so it can be used without the need for double cleansing.

I did experience a bit of irritation sometimes due to the exfoliating beads, so I didn't use it daily. But I've been using it in moderation and I'm quite satisfied with it.

I mainly used it when I wore heavy makeup. I used it on its own without a makeup remover or oil-based cleanser, and it did a really deep and thorough cleansing. The packaging is also so pretty. When I carried it around, my friends thought it was a body wash or body scrub, but they were surprised when I told them it was a cleanser. 
The exfoliating beads also provided gentle exfoliation, and my skin felt so soft afterwards!

The pump stops working even before half the product is used up. I bought several of them from a home shopping channel, and they all have the same issue. I've been opening and closing the lid to use it, but it's too inconvenient, so I won't be repurchasing it next time.

Applying it directly to the face without water seems to generate decent lather and provide a fairly good cleansing effect.

After using it for a while, the formula becomes too watery and leaves an unpleasant feeling, causing me to discard it.

It's good that it's mild enough to use with children, and the scent is quite nice.

The fragrance is too strong, and I don't really like the scent every time I use it. The cleansing power is weak, so I have to double cleanse, and it actually makes my skin feel more dry.

I bought it because I liked the previous season, and this season's design is so pretty.
