TipA tip for those with an impatient nature. If the stickiness bothers you while it's absorbing, once you've felt the heat sufficiently, you can gently pat the unabsorbed product on the surface with a damp towel, and it will become smooth and non-sticky almost instantly. Of course, this is for products that aren't extremely sticky to begin with, so you can also just wait patiently and it will become smooth on its own.
