It has good spreadability and absorption, and also provides a slight cooling sensation. As an intelligent person, I found it not too heavy or sticky, and it just provided a moisturizing feeling without being dry. By adjusting the application, it seems suitable for use in all seasons.

Pros
It's moisturizing, gentle, and great. I first used it at the dermatologist's and have been using it continuously.

When applied, it feels moisturizing and since it's from the hospital, I have a feeling my skin will improve.
Cons

Pros
I've been using this product as recommended by the dermatologist. The fragrance is not too strong, and it's moisturizing. After applying, there's no irritation, so it seems to be a good product.

Pros
I was looking to replace my old moisturizer as it was expensive and lacked moisture. When I stopped using the moisturizer, my skin became dehydrated and I started getting acne... So I quickly changed to a new moisturizer, but my skin flared up and my acne exploded... I have combination/oily skin with dehydration. The Dr. Esri Water Gel is the moisturizer I carefully selected after a week of research on the Hwahae app!! It's rare for dermatology clinics to carry this, so I called around and found a place that sells it. It doesn't aggravate my acne-prone skin! It doesn't make my acne disappear completely, but I think my skin will improve if I use this along with proper skincare - no more chocolate, cleansing well, and applying a sleeping pack or face mask before the water gel at night to really lock in the moisture. My skin troubles have gotten a bit better since doing this.
Cons
It feels a bit sticky. The amount is small (seems to last about a month). The places that sell it are rare.. While the Dr. Esri website lists clinics that carry Dr. Esri products, the ones that specifically sell the Water Gel are extremely rare. Most just sell sunscreen... And even when you go to a clinic that carries moisturizers, you can't just buy the product - you have to get a prescription first. Haha. I just got a prescription for some acne medication (which didn't really work) and then bought the moisturizer.
Tip
In Busan, the Dongrae Park Seong-bae Dermatology Clinic sells the entire Dr. Esri product line!! (Sounds like an ad, but I'm not an employee, haha) This is the place I found after calling around. It costs around 37,000-38,000 won.

Pros
Even though it's sensitive and prone to breakouts, when I apply this, my skin feels like it's filled with moisture and a moisture barrier is formed. My skin becomes plump and supple!! And it really doesn't cause any breakouts.
Cons
You need to spread it out and gently pat it in for it to absorb well. Otherwise, it won't get absorbed.
