If you have lighter skin than shade 21, the Light shade will feel more like tone correction rather than brightening. It's a moisturizing formula that works well in dry environments, for dry skin, or during dry seasons (personally). A friend who worked at MAC said this line has great ingredients, so I bought various products from skincare up, and I was satisfied with all of them. Among those, this cushion was the best :) The coverage seems decent too. I didn't notice any breakdown or darkening, and I don't usually touch up my makeup so I'm not sure about that. The case design is somewhat pretty yet oddly unappealing. Other than that, it's perfect for my current skin condition, but I'd like to try other cushions too. Despite being called 'Quick Finish', while it applies quickly, it doesn't set fast due to its moisturizing nature, so I occasionally use a setting spray. I use Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray! Please, please bring this back!! 1. Coverage: Among cushions, the coverage is truly outstanding. When even layers of Est** foundation seem lacking, a few pats of this and everything's flawless. It works perfectly on its own too. I consider this a revolution in the cushion world. 2. Wear: The main reason I chose this is how beautifully it wears throughout the day. While others clog pores, slide off, or cake up, this one maintains a dewy, glowing finish that's just gorgeous. I heard it's thanks to an ingredient called 'Coral'. 3. Ingredients: For those with oily skin, products with stearic acid can clog pores. This is one of the few cushions without it. Even when other products cause blemishes, this never does. It's been discontinued... Please bring it back! I love this so much that I've been hunting for it on secondhand markets, stocking up whenever I find it. Please relaunch it (not the newly reformulated version). If you pat this on over foundation and finish with Makeup*** powder, it's a miracle worker that won't budge even if you're playing in the ocean.
