I haven't been carrying a cushion compact for a while, but I bought this one to use for quick touch-ups and simple makeup. I read reviews of many top-ranked cushions through the app, but the more I read, the more I noticed the drawbacks, and I was just hesitating. Then I had a chance to buy a MAC product cheaply, so I just went for it. First of all, my skin tone definitely looks brighter, and I liked how it applies thinly. Even though I have extremely dry skin, it wasn't too drying at first, and as time passed, a nice glow came through, which I liked. Even though I applied it very thinly, the coverage doesn't seem to break down excessively.
Cons
There are a lot of comments about it being drying, and it really is on the drier side. Compared to the moisturizing cushions I've used before, it feels even more so. The puff texture remains on the skin, and it's a bit stiff, so it doesn't spread very well. So there was a bit of difficulty when applying makeup. The coverage also clings a bit to the trouble spots on my chin.

After my previous foundation was discontinued, this product became a lifesaver... It adheres so well, has a smooth application with good coverage, and a nice glow. The longevity is also great.
Cons
The dewy finish causes the powder blush to clump up on the brush too much... Boo.
Tip
I find this a bit drying on its own, so I apply MAC Stick Oil before using it. That helps alleviate the dryness!

I have dry skin, but to my surprise, this product is incredibly moisturizing and fluffy! It covers blemishes well and I really like it!! The ingredients are also good!
