  Pros

  After spraying, if you massage it in, it revives volume and has decent staying power.

  Cons

  I used small amounts after becoming pregnant, but I think it caused an allergic reaction on my scalp and ear cartilage. It was itchy and swollen, so I checked the ingredients on Hwahae and found quite a few allergy-triggering components...

  Tip

  It's probably best for pregnant women to avoid using this product.

  * Provides a sense of psychological comfort * The herbal scent feels like it's nurturing a healthy scalp

  Cons

  My hair type: dry, postpartum hair loss, thick strands * Causes itchiness a few hours after application * Been using for over 6 months (every 2-3 days, since I don't wash my hair daily), but haven't noticed significant effects * The fragrance isn't particularly pleasant * Shockingly, the ingredients aren't good... I had no idea. I even used it while breastfeeding, which now makes me feel very uneasy...

  Pros

  I managed to snag two bottles at a great price from duty-free. It's great because it doesn't leave my hair greasy and it's fairly easy to use.

  Cons

  The ingredients are shocking. I can't believe I bought two bottles of this. I'm at a loss for what to do now. I've been extra careful about ingredients since I'm preparing for pregnancy, and I trusted Aveda when I bought this. Now I just feel completely betrayed.
