This gloss product creates lips with a healthy, rosy complexion. It's similar to the rose shade in Burt's Bees tinted lip balms. When applied, it gives a perfect amount of shine with a subtle rose tint, making your lips look absolutely beautiful. I often used it with minimal base makeup or just on its own. I trust Burt's Bees lip products without hesitation. They really know how to make quality products. The quantity is too small... only 1.2ml. Since it's applied like a lip balm, it feels like it gets used up quickly. It looks pretty when worn alone, and it's also great to layer over matte lipsticks when they feel a bit drying. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 19, 2019
It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and gives it a lovely pink glow! Being an oil-based product, it feels a bit slippery on the skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 19, 2019
From left to right in the photo, we have Crimson Breeze, Tinted Lip Balm Hibiscus, and Rose. Rose is quite similar, but it seems to have a slightly more orange tint. While the tinted lip balm is great for quick application, I prefer the tinted lip oil as it gives more volume and a glossy finish to the lips without being sticky. I'm currently using it over Scarlet Soaked to add some extra volume to my lips. Even when used alone, it provides a natural, not-too-intense color like the tinted lip balm. Among the lip oils, Crimson Breeze has a slightly redder tint, making it the best choice for wearing on its own. Initially, you need to twist it dozens of times before the product comes out. Be careful with the amount you apply - if you put on too much, your lips will look like they've been dipped in an oil vat. One or two applications should be sufficient.
