  Pros

  1. Rich lash volume - When applied after using an eyelash curler, the lashes look incredibly full, perhaps due to the protein in the formula! You can definitely feel the lashes getting longer too. 2. Defined look - The vibrant color makes the lashes appear more defined. While this might be partly due to the black shade, there's a noticeable difference in eye makeup when using it versus not using it.

  Cons

  1. Clumping - It doesn't apply thinly, but rather thickly, which often leads to clumping and tangling. This can sometimes cause smudging as well... It was a bit challenging to use. 2. Drooping - This may vary from person to person, but after using this mascara, my lashes drooped quickly, which was disappointing!

  Tip

  This might actually work better if used after an eyelash perm! The color intensity is definitely a plus.

  Pros

  It's great for a quick and easy application. The fact that it doesn't smudge is really nice. There are often sales, so it's good to stock up then for daily use at work. However, I don't reach for it when I want to do a more elaborate makeup look, as it doesn't give a dramatic effect.

  Cons

  The brush is too thick, making it difficult to apply neatly. When I'm in a rush to get to work, I end up wasting time cleaning up smudges everywhere because of the thick brush. Maybe it's just my clumsy hands? Despite being a long lash mascara, it doesn't curl the lashes very well.

  Tip

  I apply this mascara as a base layer, then add another mascara on top. That's the only way to make it look like I'm actually wearing mascara.

  Pros

  <Pre-reformulation product> The staying power is truly excellent. These days, due to wearing masks, mascara tends to smudge easily, but this product had the best staying power. The fibers in it create great long lashes and give a really noticeable effect. With its affordable price, it's a genuinely great value product. I definitely plan to repurchase!

  Cons

  Personally, I experience some smudging under my eyes. I think this is unavoidable due to the shape of my eyes. Also, once it starts to dry out, the product's performance seems to drop significantly. It starts flaking, applies unevenly, and doesn't look as pretty. So I've found it's best to replace it with a new one once it begins to dry out.

  Tip

  If you apply the mascara and then use an eyelash curler, the longevity is absolutely fantastic.

  Pros

  It curls and lengthens lashes beautifully. The case is pretty too. I bought it during a 1+1 deal at Olive Young, and it's really quite good.

  Cons

  I have fleshy eyelids, and if I open my eyes right after applying, it smudges. Also, it tends to dispense too much product.

  Tip

  It works well if you wipe some off on your hand first. It looks lovely when applied.

  The formula is rich and intense, making the difference between wearing mascara and not truly noticeable

  Cons

  There's quite a bit of fallout, and applying it to the lower lashes is out of the question - it smudges everywhere. The brush is also too large compared to other mascaras. I bought it because it claimed to have a curling base for both volume and length, but the curling effect is absolutely terrible. Honestly, a dip-in ink mascara would have been much better

  Tip

  Try applying it with a toothpick or cotton swab close to your eyes. It smudges less that way
