  For full hydration, it needs to be used with the balm. The quantity is small, so it runs out quickly. I'm on my Nth purchase of 3 at a time.

  When my face feels dry or I experience deep dryness, applying this gentle cica gel with its skin-friendly ingredients brings a sense of relief. It's the cica gel I reach for when my skin feels tired, like I'm putting on a protective shield.

  Cons

  Being a gel, it doesn't absorb as quickly as an emulsion, so it's a bit much to use before makeup. I tend to use it when I'm at home.

  When my skin gets dry or I don't sleep well, I often get these tiny bumps all over. But after applying this, they noticeably calmed down by the next day!

  Cons

  Although it's a gel, it's quite oily and sticky. When I apply it, my hair sticks to my face. Also, it's quite pricey for the amount you get.

  For sensitive skin types. While most products cause small pustules, this one does it the least. Its Fusidic acid-like texture means even a single application doesn't leave skin feeling overly dry.

  Cons

  As autumn turns to winter, it can feel slightly drying, so I increased the amount. This led to some itching. Still, it causes fewer blemishes compared to other products.

  I initially used it for soothing, but it's even better for hydration. I've lost count of how many bottles I've gone through. Just wish it came in a larger size!

  You shouldn't apply too much, though I tend to use a generous amount. This and my cica balm are my winter skin saviors.

  Perfect to use alongside a cica balm when you need extra care. Great for soothing blemishes and deep hydration.
