As someone with a desk job, my legs would get really swollen. I used to spend every evening massaging them. I even considered taking medication like Sensio, but I was scared of the side effects. That's when I discovered this product. After applying it and giving my legs a good rub, or using a leg massager, you can literally see the blood circulation improving. I definitely want to keep using it! It's quite expensive if you don't buy it during a group purchase event, and even then, it's not exactly cheap. Also, it doesn't seem to actually help with weight loss. After applying the product, I use a 3000 won Daiso massager to firmly press and massage my calves. I used this product during summer and it felt wonderfully refreshing. My legs tend to swell, but after showering, I massaged them with this cool body gel. It was so soothing and significantly reduced the puffiness. Unless you're using it for massage, I didn't notice any particular effects or benefits from just applying it. Also, although it's said you can apply it all over your body like a body emulsion, when I did so, I developed blemishes on my back and the nape of my neck. Make sure to squeeze out a generous amount and massage thoroughly. I continuously massaged it into my lower buttocks, thighs, and calves, which not only reduced swelling but also improved my body contours.
