Pros
Just the right amount of hydrating feeling. When first applied, there was no particular sensation besides a mint scent, and it seemed too weak. But after 30 seconds, the lips become nicely hydrated. The mint scent is quite strong and lasts a long time. The moisturizing power is decent? Moderately moisturizing and glossy. Good for frequent reapplication.
Cons
Compared to organic products, it is much oilier and the formula is quite soft. Not sure if it's more moisturizing.

Pros
I really enjoyed the moisturizing and soothing feeling when I applied it to my lips. I stocked up on several and used them frequently. I applied it after my morning cleansing routine, when wearing a mask, and anytime before bed. It was very portable and convenient to carry around in my bag, pocket, etc. and I would reapply it throughout the day.
Cons
I would recommend not using it if you dislike or don't enjoy the soothing feeling. The soothing effect tends to linger longer than expected, which could be uncomfortable for some users. In that case, I would suggest trying a baby lip balm instead. Overall, it was still a good product! There were times when the product didn't come up smoothly, which made me think the mechanism was broken, but that was just because I had used up all the product. Those kinds of issues were a bit inconvenient.

The product was great - it was very moisturizing and had strong hydrating properties!! I feel like I've finally found my holy grail lip balm, and I'm so happy about it. My friends have all tried it and they also say it's really good.ㅎㅎ

There's not really any downside, but if I had to pick something, it would be that the lid is a bit stiff to open and close ㅠ
