While it is a bit thicker than the conditioner in the same line, the lightweight cream formula had a lot of moisture compared to other treatments. Although I'm not sure about the nourishment, when I touched my hair in the morning after washing it and in the evening, the dry feeling was less noticeable, and my hair seemed to have more moisture, which I liked.

I'm not sure if I failed to pull it out, but the lid opening was not on the front, but rather on the left side, which made it inconvenient to open the lid. And usually, after shampooing, I would squeeze the water out with my hands once before applying, but when I did that, the effect seemed unclear, as it mixed with the water. Other treatments were fine with this amount of moisture... but since the Aveda formula had a lot of moisture, I had to squeeze the water out several times or wipe it with a towel before applying it, and it seemed to work better and require more time to take effect.
