It feels light and airy without being too dry. When I apply a generous layer of skin emulsion, it gives a delightfully bouncy feeling! Even with mask-wearing these days, I love that it doesn't transfer onto the mask. Plus, the floral scent is right up my alley! This is partly my fault, but it was darker than I expected! It also applies a bit thick, but the coverage doesn't quite match up to that thickness. While it did cover my redness, it didn't do as well with blemishes and other imperfections. - da*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedJan 11, 2022
It really gives a powdery, matte finish as if you've applied actual powder. The two middle shades have specific functions, making them great for mixing and using together. The staying power is incredibly impressive. You need to blend the middle shades well. Due to its strong adherence, once you dab it on, it sets quickly, making it challenging to spread evenly. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 27, 2021
The staying power is really... impressive. I'm around shade 24, and it was just a tad light, but I think it would be perfect for those who are shade 23. I'm not sure if the red is meant for covering dark circles and the blue for redness, but that's how I used it, and it worked well! The red and blue colors look quite vibrant in the compact, but surprisingly, they're not as intense as dedicated color correctors. They're natural enough to use as a base and for some correction. I was pleasantly surprised. Most importantly, the coverage is honestly great. Even for those with severe freckles and dark circles that don't get covered with heavy makeup, this manages to conceal quite well with a thin layer. It's not perfect coverage, mind you, but I'm satisfied with its natural look and excellent pore coverage. Oh my, the pore coverage is incredible! Many matte cushions can be dry and don't fill pores well, but this one applies smoothly. It truly lives up to its 'powdery adherence' claim. When you first touch it, you might think, 'Huh? It's stickier than I expected,' but give it a moment, and it sets beautifully! If I had to point out a downside... I'm a bit concerned about the ingredients, though I haven't experienced any blemishes yet! Those sensitive to fragrances might want to smell it before purchasing, as it does have a noticeable scent. If you feel it's not adhering well or seems sticky, try removing excess product and keep patting with the puff. It really does become powdery and adheres well. I usually need powder to feel at ease, but I was surprised how long it lasted even on days I forgot to apply it. It's thin, so you can build it up where needed. It's fine to reapply on areas where you need more coverage. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 30, 2021
It was decent to use overall. Considering how tanned I got in summer, I think the shade was alright. It was just generally okay. I don't think I experienced any blemishes from it either. It wasn't as incredibly waterproof as advertised... Also, as someone with oily skin, the finish was a bit sticky for summer use. The staying power didn't seem particularly impressive either... I didn't notice while using it, but after switching to a different cushion, everyone said I looked prettier and brighter, so I guess it was a bit dark for me... For reference, I'm a shade 22 with a yellow base, where 21 is light and 23 is dark for me... Hope this helps! Overall, I had many disappointing aspects, so I won't be repurchasing. Of course, I might have used it incorrectly, but that was my experience. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 18, 2020
As someone with combination skin, my face gets extremely dry in winter and becomes an oil slick in summer after applying makeup. I was on the hunt for a summer foundation, and this product left my skin so matte that I didn't even need to use powder. I think it'll be perfect when it gets a bit hotter. It also applies thinly, providing a natural coverage. I always use shade 23, but this one seems slightly darker than other 23 shades I've tried. Usually, I keep my skincare routine simple in summer, but this product's texture is a bit thick and less spreadable. I think it would work better if you apply your skincare products thoroughly before putting on makeup. If you have a slightly darker complexion like mine, I highly recommend using a brightening moisturizer before applying this product. - we*********Dry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 12, 2020
Well, well, well... I've tried this one too! This is that summer product that keeps you looking fresh even when you're sweating buckets. It's like magic - your skin stays matte and reflects light beautifully, even in the heat. The real kicker? It seriously reduces facial sweating. I only noticed a bit of perspiration on my forehead and nose. The moment I applied it, I could feel the difference. It was absolutely fantastic! The downside? The amount feels really small, and I used it up way too quickly... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 28, 2020
It absorbs well with a cooling effect, preventing makeup from separating. After application, it leaves skin hydrated without any stickiness, which I really liked. This would be great for people who tend to have warm skin! The coverage seemed a bit lacking, and pores were still somewhat visible. Using a primer and concealer can help achieve a flawless finish. - su*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 25, 2020
- In summer, my skin tends to get oilier, but using this, my makeup didn't break down much. I think it held up well last summer. - I sweat a lot, but even with perspiration, the makeup didn't wear off much, which was great. - I used it at a water park, and even when most of my makeup came off, some still remained on my skin, which was satisfying. - I usually prefer a brighter look, so I use April Cushion in shade 21. However, since shade 21 is much lighter compared to other cushions, I bought shade 23 thinking it would be a yellow base. But I was surprised by how significant the color difference was. It seems that among April's cushions, shade 21 is whiter and 23 is a bit darker than their other products. - I typically use cushions for quick application, but with three different colors, it's hard to blend them properly when applying quickly. You can see multiple colors existing on the face. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 24, 2020
As someone who sweats a lot, this is great for summer use. It stays on well even when I'm sweating. Students, be warned: it's really noticeable if you wear this at school. I'm a student too, and my friend said it was obvious I was wearing makeup. It also feels really heavy in summer. For me, shade 23 matches my skin tone perfectly, so I regret buying shade 22. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 25, 2020
The waterproof formula was amazing! It absorbs well and feels so hydrating on the skin. The only downside was that the amount seemed a bit small. That was a bit disappointing.
